I am very excited to share some exciting news with you, and I want to do it personally. As many of you already know, hairdressing has been my lifelong passion, and it has been my honour to look after  you and many more for over two decades. Throughout these years, I have made it my mission to continuously develop and educate myself to ensure I deliver nothing but the best for everybody I am lucky enough to have in my chair.

 

I am proud to announce that I will be taking on a new role as the Principal Stylist at Capelli Hair Studio. This means I will be dedicating even more time and attention to continue to provide you with the highest level of service, and will also work even more closely with our amazing team to train and mentor our future stylists. I can't wait to work more closely and efficiently with our incredible team to ensure you receive the most exceptional experience possible during your visits.

 

With the ever-changing financial situation and the need for a price adjustment, we have made the decision to introduce a tiered pricing system that offers a range of options to suit your unique preferences and budget. Rest assured, no matter which level you choose, our team and I will go above and beyond to make you feel special and cared for.

 

Our tier pricing structure features four distinct levels, each representing a unique skillset and experience:

 

• Emerging Stylist: Our emerging stylists have recently completed their training and are bursting with fresh creativity. They offer affordable options with the latest skills so you can benefit from their passion as they provide professional hair care solutions.

 

• Stylist: Our experienced stylists offer a personalised experience and are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. With attention to detail and a commitment to your satisfaction, enjoy the expertise and creativity of our skilled professionals.

 

• Executive Stylist: Our executive stylists have a wealth of experience and consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients. Offering an elevated salon experience that caters to your unique needs, our executive team are dedicated to assisting you in achieving your desired hair outcomes.

 

• Principal Stylist: Our principal stylist tier is designed for clients seeking the highest level of expertise and sophistication. With their exceptional skillset, innovative approach and advanced training, our Principal Stylists offer the most luxury hair experience.

 

We believe that this pricing structure will allow you to have the freedom to choose the right stylist that best suits your needs and preferences. We have the option to divide services between levels, which may be beneficial for anyone wanting to make a visit more cost effective. Below you will find the new pricing structure for our services. Over the years, I've always been the worst at discounting and have often hesitated to implement necessary price increases. I believe my deep love and appreciation for each of my clients has made it difficult for me to charge what I truly deserve – I just love creating beautiful hair and sharing time with my clients too much to the point it doesn’t feel like work! However, I've come to realize that in order to continue providing you with the highest level of care and service, I must also value my expertise appropriately.

 

I want to be upfront with you that for some of the services, you might notice a significant jump in prices. Please understand that this change is not a reflection of the quality of service you receive, but rather a step towards ensuring that I can continue to provide you with the best experience and the level of care you deserve.

 

I am genuinely excited about this new chapter and the opportunity to continue growing and seeing you all in the salon with our team, with the care and passion you've come to expect from Capelli Hair Studio – whether that be with me or someone in our team.
